Sample Dinner Menu
If you don’t see what you’re looking for on the menu just ask Benny or his staff.. In the mood for veal, but would rather have Florentine instead of Piccata, Just Ask! Or maybe you’ve been combing the beach for seafood but don’t see it on our menu, Just Ask! Whatever it is that you crave, if we have it, we’ll gladly prepare it for you.

Below is a sample menu of what we offer.

Chicken:

Sauteed w/ escarole, prosciutto, mushrooms, mozzarella, wine

Sentino
Sauteed with asparagus, mushrooms, tomatoes, mozzarella

Sicilian
Sauteed w/ prosciutto, roasted red peppers and mozzarella

Carbonara
Breaded cutlet with heavy cream and prosciutto

Riggies
Cut up chicken breast with rigatoni pasta and hot peppers

Veal:

Ossobuco
Veal shanks with celery, carrots, rosemary and wine

Milanese
Bone-in veal chop pounded on the bone, lightly breaded, toppings vary

Puttanesca
Sauteed with capers, olives, portobellos, tomato, fresh basil, olive oil

Bianco
Sauteed with spinach and mushrooms in a white wine sauce

Puglia
Sauteed with sun-dried tomatoes

Seafood:

Cacciatore
Clams, mussels, scallops, shrimp and mushrooms

Chef’s Creation
Arrangement of seafood created to customers request w/red or white sauce

Shrimp Fra Diavolo
Spicy marinara sauce

Stuffed Shrimp
Stuffed with celery, onions, bread crumbs, wrapped in pancetta; seared and topped with orange aioli, scallions over risotto

Scallops
Artichokes, mushrooms, bacon and fresh tomatoes in a white wine sauce

Clams & Linguini
Sauteed in olive oil, garlic and  fresh basil, served  in a white wine butter sauce

Salmon Cannellini
Sun-dried tomatoes,  spinach and fresh mushrooms

Grouper
Blackened and topped with a franchese sauce

Pasta:

Stuffed Rigatoni
Stuffed with riccota and topped with sauce of your choice

Seafood  Lasagna
Scallops, shrimp, crabmeat, yellow squash, asparagus, and carrots topped with a lobster bisque cream sauce

Gnocchi Bolognese
Potato dumplings

Pappardelle Alfredo
Sausage, tomatoes, broccoi, parm cheese in a light alfredo sauce

Manicotti
Stuffed with riccota topped with marinara and fresh mozzarella

Ravioli
(Selections Vary: lobster, porcini, spinach, meat, cheese) topped with choice of  sauce
